Once connected, our technician can see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard to diagnose and fix the issue. You can watch everything we do in real time.

When the job is done, the connection closes and the tool can be removed from your computer. Your privacy and security are never compromised. The remote session is encrypted, and we never access your computer without your knowledge or permission.
